On October 14, 2025, at the Samarkand branch of TSEU, Shahriddin Ortikov, a lecturer from the Department of Natural and Social Sciences and Physical Culture, will conduct an open lecture on Philosophy for students of the Joint Education group Economics-124. The session will explore philosophical reflections on the role of philosophy in human thought and societal progress.

On October 10, 2025, representatives of the Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies visited the Samarkand branch of Tashkent State University of Economics. During the visit, the parties discussed joint educational programs and signed an additional agreement on the “Information Systems and Technologies” program.

An off-site class organized by the Department of Green Economy and Sustainable Business at TDIU Samarkand focused on “Market Segmentation and Product Positioning.” Students gained practical experience, enhanced creative thinking, and explored real-life marketing strategies. 

At the Samarkand branch of Tashkent State University of Economics, the “Young Reader” contest will be held to promote reading culture among students, increase their interest in books, and encourage talented youth. Winners of the contest will receive valuable gifts and monetary awards.

Senior lecturer of the Department of Digital Economics and Information Technology, A.N. Rakhimov, on October 14, 2025, at 8³⁰-9⁵⁰ hours (1 pair) at the Faculty of Accounting and Finance, students of the SA-125, ST-125 groups will receive an open lecture on the subject of “Applied Mathematics 1” on the topic "The concept of function and the ways of its representation".

An open meeting was held at the Samarkand branch of Tashkent State University of Economics with the participation of the branch director, Professor Olim Murtazayev, and first-year students of the Accounting and Finance Faculty. At the 2nd Council meeting of SBTSUE Samarkand branch, scientific achievements were recognized, and Associate Professor titles were awarded to U.U. Ubaydullaev and Y.A. Tairov.

Samarkand branch of Tashkent State University of Economics, Department of “Digital Economy and Information Technologies,” Professor Praveen Malla Bhasa has published a scientific article titled “Boss Life as Entrepreneurial Ethnography: Methodological Innovation and Thematic Insights into the Contingent Realities of Small Business Ownership” in the journal IIM Kozhikode Society & Management Review, which is indexed in Scopus.
