In 2011, Rakhmon Rustamovich Eshimov graduated from the Samarkand branch of Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi with a degree in "Informatics and Information Technologies." In 2013, he completed his studies in "Computer Systems and Their Software."
Since February 1, 2022, he has held a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences.
On December 24, 2021, he successfully defended his PhD dissertation on "The Development and Implementation of Computer Simulation Models for Special School-Boarding Education (Example of a 6-7th Grade Physics Textbook)" at the DSc.03/30.04.2021.Ped.82.03 Scientific Council at Chirchik State Pedagogical Institute of Tashkent Region.
Based on Resolution No. 311/1 of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan (February 1, 2022), he was awarded the PhD in Pedagogical Sciences (Diploma No. 01№006245).

Responsibilities of an Associate Professor:
- Conscientiously and honestly perform work duties, adhering to labor, executive, and academic discipline.
- Deliver lectures, laboratory, practical, and other types of sessions at a high theoretical, scientific-methodological, and professional level in accordance with state educational standards and curricula for all forms of education (full-time and part-time).
- Supervise students’ internships, course projects (assignments), final qualification works, master’s theses, and independent studies.
- Conduct assessment and ranking of students' academic performance.
- Organize and conduct extracurricular activities for students.
- Train highly qualified specialists who meet the high moral and ethical standards of developed democratic countries.
- Develop academic programs for department subjects, submit them for approval, and review programs developed by other departments.
- Prepare textbooks, teaching materials, and visual aids, as well as review and evaluate educational literature, including those co-authored with foreign scholars.
- Participate in the preparation of necessary teaching materials requested by non-state educational institutions.
