Portable Practical Lesson
On November 14, 2024, second-year students of group 123, specializing in Economics (Food Systems Management), from the Tashkent Institute of Design and Technology's Samarkand branch, accompanied by their course instructor E.Z. Isakova, visited the production laboratory at the Samarkand Institute of Agroinnovations and Research. The laboratory focuses on the drying of fruits and vegetables and the packaging of medicinal plants. In the laboratory, students were introduced to the technologies of drying dates and grapes, as well as the production processes of medicinal products such as myrtle and artichoke. During the production process, students had the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers regarding their areas of interest.
