Abstract of the article:
This research analyzes the experience of Indonesia and Uzbekistan in regulating halal tourism, and develops a scientific framework for integrating sustainability principles into tourism policy based on local wisdom. By comparing the legal and normative mechanisms of halal tourism within the social, cultural, and legal contexts of the two countries, the study proposes innovative approaches for developing nations.

The Samarkand Branch of TSUE continues to strengthen its position in the global academic arena through ongoing international scientific collaborations.
